Customer data stored by Archive Farm is protected with sophisticated data encryption technology and password protection. Archive Farm does not allow access to customer data by unauthorized parties, including Archive Farm personnel. In the event that the customer requests that Archive Farm personnel access customer data, such as in the event of an emergency data restoration for which the customer requires assistance, Archive Farm personnel will require customer to provide password verification.

Additionally, Archive Farm gathers information from customers in order to contact them or bill them for their accounts. We do not share customer information with anyone.
