HVAC
Four 20 ton n+1 Redundant Liebert units ducted together to eliminate hot spots during outages + 1:1,500 square feet + Over 200 tons of cooling.

Environmental Monitoring
Environmentals proactively monitored using remote sensing and physical hourly inspections.

Fire Detection
Annunciator Panel shows status of all fire detection/suppression equipment FM 200 + Gas based fire suppression system that is non-toxic to humans. Activation accompanied by alarms and auto notification of emergency services. Gas floods the room within 10 seconds of discharge.

Dry Pipe Sprinklers
Dry pipe free-action Sprinklers pipe overhead through all spaces is pressurized with air and remains uncharged with water until activated.

Controlled Access List
Approved access lists managed to prevent unauthorized access.

Badge Scanners
All doors secured by badge scanners.

Perimeter Security
Perimeter walls reinforced with steel mesh to prevent penetration.

Security Cameras
24/7 video survaillance. Security Cameras equipped with Motion Detection to immediately flag attention to activity within the data center.
